Where do you source your tallow from?

Our tallow comes exclusively from 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised cows raised on small, regenerative farms. We are obsessive about this because the nutrient profile (Vitamins A, D, E, K) of grass-fed tallow is superior and essential for skin health.
